Pro is for one person. Technical fair-use limits protect the service for everyone and are described in the Terms of Service. Your AI subscriptions and API keys stay yours: Cockpit does not sell model tokens.
Billing questions
Who processes my payment?
Paddle.com is our merchant of record. Paddle handles the checkout, invoices, VAT and sales tax; Cockpit never sees your card.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown for your country as the payment provider charges them and include VAT for consumers. Businesses with a valid EU VAT ID are invoiced without VAT (reverse charge).
How do I cancel?
Anytime, in the customer portal (Manage subscription in the app). Pro stays active until the end of the paid period, then the account continues on Free.
Can I get a refund?
Yes – within 14 days of your first payment of a subscription, for any reason. See the Refund Policy.
What happens if a payment fails?
Pro stays for a 7-day grace period while the payment is retried. After it the account moves to Free; hosts, accounts and projects over the Free limits become inactive, nothing is deleted.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. By subscribing you agree to the Terms of Service; see also the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.
